👉 The recruiting staff at the India firm will understand the company’s requirements, as well as the typical duties the Administrative Assistant must perform. Upon request, they will work with the management to develop a basic job profile for the candidate.
👉 To ensure that the requirements are aligned, the Indian firm will conduct a detailed interview of potential candidates before they are shortlisted.
👉 The resumes of up to three shortlisted candidates are shared with management. The Indian firm will facilitate the video-conference interview process.
👉 The Indian firm will do a thorough background check on the candidate using a third party company after management has finalized the candidate. The detailed report is forwarded to the management of the company.
👉 Upon receiving feedback from the client’s management, the start date for the candidate is mutually agreed upon. As an add-on service, a telephone instrument and telephone service can be provided to the candidate.
👉In accordance with the contract, all billing will be handled by the Indian firm at the end of every month and payments will be made by the company.
